Ev Thompson returns with another gem titled “Ya Betta Stop” as a follow up to his previous Moka Only assisted release “Ricky Chip$ with Young Je$$e”. The new single sees him teaming up with fellow emcee Fortunato for a solid collaboration that showcases both emcees lyrical prowess. Backed by a vibrant beat courtesy of Atlanta’s Kato on the Track (Roc Nation, Nasty Trax), the duo brings back that classic lyric dense rap that would keep your attention from start to finish.
The song was recorded when Ev and Fortunato went on to play a few shows across Saskatchewan together. They do have future plans for recording a joint project together but at this time, it has been put on hold.
