Mastermind Street Jam was a weekly hip-hop mixshow on Energy 108 (107.9 fm) that served the Hamilton, Burlington, and Toronto areas in the mid to late 1990s.

This show was required listening. It was unique because it was on commercial radio Saturdays from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. It then moved to Monday and Tuesday nights from Midnight to 1:00 a.m..

I taped the shows on cassette religiously for years and managed to keep a hold of most of them. I thought it was well beyond time that I digitized them to share with all of you. I have over 100 tapes from 1994 through 1997. I plan to release a new episode weekly for as long as I can.

DJ Mastermind is still active on Toronto radio and gave me his blessing to share these. I hope you enjoy the trip down memory lane.

Press play and enjoy the first two tapes from my collection. And follow the Mixcloud account to stay up to date on all the new episodes I will be dropping weekly.

Downloads will be available for a limited time only.
