It is not unknown for a museum to be vandalised for the sake of making a statement. However, advertising agency ‘Brilliant After Breakfast’ have derived an ingenius, Banksy-inspired meta-exhibition at the Rijksmusem Amsterdam entitled ‘Paint Job’. Those interested can download a smartphone app to ‘reveal’ the alterations on the art works. It is also interesting to see how a commercial agency is using techniques like street art and technology/social networks to engage with an audience like this; read a cool interview with them here.
