Jordan Baumstark – “Paulie Walnuts”.

Jordan Baumstark returns to our playlist with the visual for his song “Paulie Walnuts”. The song serves as his first release for the year and is perfect with its solemn and reflective vibe and candid lyrics that run through his various experiences as a young man following his dreams. The accompanying video is shot in cinematic style with moody lighting and follows Jordan having Italian dishes with fine wine on a candlelit table reminiscent of Scorsese films and The Sopranos TV series.

Taz Conley – “Self” (feat. Shyloom)

Taz Conley continues his visual releases with “Self” which features Shyloom. The production is punchy and edgy while his fiery off-kilter performance takes the cake. The visual blends different visual shots of the artist and different spots in his stomping grounds.

JAMMY – “Trying Me”.

Bay Area superstars JAMMY and P-Lo team up for “Trying Me“, an anthemic piece that showcases their distinct styles and chemistry as performers. Backed by the bass-heavy soundscape, they come through with smooth and engaging flows with playful lyrics. The visual taps into the free-wheeling spirit and their energetic demeanour in LA. “Trying Me” is the 3rd single from the album.

Free Nationals x Anderson .Paak x asap rocky – “Gangsta”

Free Nationals , Anderson .Paak and Asap Rocky deliver the visuals for their song titled “Gangsta”. The track is a rousing number that bridges the world of funk/soul and hiphop with an experimental approach.  As expected Anderson .Paak set the tone with his distinct melodies followed by Asap Rocky’s playful flows. The accompanying video, directed by François Rousselet (known for work with Jack White, Pharrell, Snoop Dogg, The Rolling Stones), portrays the band, .Paak, and Rocky as children navigating a court case in a society governed by kids. To complement the release, they’ve introduced the Gangsta Kid AI generator, allowing users to transform their current photos into “kid gangsta” versions.
