Hardworking rapper Taz Conley returns with “Fast”, which serves as the newest entry in his slew of visual releases that showcase a blend of thought-provoking, bravado raps over edgy backdrops. As the title suggests, Taz goes forth with a go-getter mindset as he details the hurdles he had to overcome to develop his resilience in an unforgiven world. He makes mince meat out of the punchy and moody soundscape laid before him with his impassioned flow and vivid rhymes like

My weed sweet but my lady sour
Burned the flowers I gave to her
Now I gotta climb the fucking tower she was in
They tried to keep me out I buzzed in
I saw the hate
Taz had to bring the love in
Eminem I’m heavy in the place still slim
Water sign I’m wavy shorty take me for a swim

Taz sure knows his onions and raises the stakes with our urgency and engaging self-belief themes on this track. The accompanying visual also lends its strength with its fast-paced cinematography, fast-cut scenes and colourful special effects to keep audiences locked in from start to finish.
