Lucid returns to our site with two new releases “ilovetohatetoloveyou” and “Doxylamine.”

The first track “ilovetohatetoloveyou” is a heartfelt piano-laden track that explores matters of the heart. The track flips the same sample from Drake‘s “8 am in Charlotte” and exudes a similar reflective aesthetic. Here, Lucid talks about a rocky relationship and how things went sour.

“Doxylamine” is an epic, cinematic piece that showcases Lucid’s lyricism and edgy off-kilter style. He comes through with his A-game and destroys the opposition with no remorse. The icing on the cake is how the beat switched up in the middle and Lucid ramps up the energy with a dynamic flow.
