Tanya Morgan co-founder Donwill reunites with his rhyming partner Von Pea on his new record titled “Laura’s Song 2” and also brings along Che Grand who adds his thoughts on the soul-laden track.

Over a smooth backdrop laced with smooth reflective pianos and a soulful vocal sample, the duo goes back and forth with the flows while Che Grand delivers a smooth hook. “Laura’s Song 2” is taken from Donwill’s HiPNOTT Records debut project ‘One Word No Space’. The project was conceived by Donwill with the assistance of Von Pea and serves as the emcee’s first full-length solo project since Don Cusack in High Fidelity (2010). Von Pea’s signature ‘bat crack’ sound provides an ample bed of hard drums and emotive loops for Don to bare his soul over and reintroduce himself to those who may not be in the know. Clocking in at 35 min the album is a jarring jaunt with high replay value and features that include Quelle Chris, MC Paul Barman, Theory Hazit, Von Pea, ilyas, Rob Cave and several other Lessondary spitters. Donwill is a Brooklyn based rapper, producer, DJ and 1/2 of Tanya Morgan.
