ALLN is an eclectic music producer who caught our attention with their newest release, “Rio Pinar.” The track is a striking piece that blends experimental elements, punchy drum breaks, and off-kilter sound design. It’s difficult to put this in a single box, as the progressive, dynamic approach is far from the norm. Next is Dave Quinn, who comes through with pure audio “Magic.” The producer crafts an ethereal soundscape featuring solemn piano chords, angelic vocal hums, and punchy drum breaks that have our heads bopping. “Quiet Conversation” by the prolific producer Stræpa is a jazz/soul track that evokes nostalgia and warmth. The prominent sax riffs really drive home the soulfulness, while the sublime keys and tones add that extra blissful vibe to the track.

Superglue steps into the playlist with “Come Rain Come Shine,” a track perfect for neo-soul singers and rappers. The mellow tones are uplifting and relaxing, and the flutes evoke bittersweet memories. EisZ adds a groovy soul/funk touch to the playlist with “Morning Flow,” while Chill4est calms our spirits with “Pont Neuf,” a soft, piano-driven lofi cut perfect for your mid-day relaxing playlist. Producer One Hot Drink makes their debut on our playlist with the plucky “Duality,”  which evokes 90s jazz-hop vibes. Flapjaques taps into a classic piano riff and interpolates it into something new on his track “never know what to feel.”  “Leiria After Kristin” is a solemn piece created from tragedy by producer AC. After a huge storm destroyed his hometown Leiria, he channelled the loss into this heartfelt tune comprising lush guitar licks and warm tones with soft and spaced-out rhythms that highlight sadness and a bit of hope. “Next Time” is a collaboration between RejSende and Bomshi, blending elements of lofi with alternative hip-hop/soul and modern jazz sensibilities. The warm tones and lush keys are met by cinematic sound design, a headnodding groove, and vocal scratching techniques that recall their deep hip-hop roots. Malana brings in “Sunshine” with his new release. The track is punctuated by punchy boombap drum grooves, scenic textures, and choppy samples with soft bass lines that create a reflective summer ambiance. A perfect musical accompaniment for your mid-afternoon cruise.
