Tulsa-based multi-faceted instrumentalist HENRY ABERSON continues to reframe the sounds of neo soul/R&B with his eclectic approach. Bridging the dynamic and contextual effectiveness of emotional scores with modern contemporary songwriting, ABERSON delivers another stunning record in the form of the new single “Don’t wait too long,” featuring Cortez Johnson and Derran Day. The track builds on a prominent, soul-stirring guitar riff, underpinned by soft, warm tones, moody textures, and a laidback drumming groove that brings it all together. The layered vocals then come into play, elevating the backdrop with a hypnotic and emotionally punchy touch alongside the heartfelt songwriting.
