BK representer Rome Streetz is not new to TWIB and has been delivering hard-hitting tracks for a while now. On his new release “Rotten.com “, he teams up with fellow spitter Al Divino (Westside Gunn, Mach Hommy) over a grimy, ominous backdrop. Both emcees deliver raw, uncut bars that run the gamut of emotions plus a whole lot of bravado to match. The video which was directed by Revenxnt sure adds to the dark nature of the track as the duo is seen performing in an unknown spot while the visual effects glitches from time to time.
“Rotten.com ” is taken from Rome Streetz ‘Noise Kandy III ‘, The project features heavy names like Planet Asia, Mooch (Da Cloth), Bub Rock and Al Divino and production from Sadhugold, Statik Selektah, Wavy Da Ghawd, Vinyl Villain, Loman, Dirty Diggs, Futurewave and others.
Rome Streetz has already had a stellar year including lacing the first freestyle of the year on Shade 45’s Show Off Radio (video link below), releasing full-length project Headcrack (with Canadian producer Futurewave) to positive reviews as well as headlining the last show at The Highline Ballroom in NYC which also had Rigz, Fly Anakin, Rim, Ankhlejohn and Smoovth on the bill.
