Seckinger – “nebula”

Producer Seckinger enters our playlist with their latest “nebula,” a mellow cinematic beat with punchy drums, and ethereal and moody textures.  Overall, it feels like being drawn into a teleportation device leading to an unknown land filled with mind-boggling wonders.

Erwin Do x saint rumi x Farnell Newton – “To The Top”.

German instrumentalist Erwin Do teamed up with US musicians saint rumi and Farnell Newton for this brilliant lofi-jazz piece “To The Top.” The track comprises rich guitar arrangements, warm piano chords and prevalent basslines that punctuate the rhythm section while a soft horn pass adds a bluesy edge to the chorus.

Teemu Nätynki – “Swung Like James”.

 

Teemu Nätynki steps into the forefront with “Swung Like James,” a funky soul-infused jam that captures the 90s. The track has punchy drums, prevalent horns and a slick warm sample that is bolstered by thick basslines.

 

Akkodha – “Don’t Give Up”

Akkodha is the instrumental project spearheaded by Philly musician Dan Spano and his new release “Don’t Give Up” caught our attention. The record has a genre-bending aesthetic and it’s ripe with lush, warm textures, rich electric guitar riffs and a punchy downtempo drum groove.

 

 

Toifoi – “Kite”.

Toifoi‘s newest release “Kite” is a warm and playful cut with sublime piano textures, rich guitar licks and soothing pads.

 

 

Zéphyr – “Alright”

Zéphyr enters our playlist with “Alright,” a nostalgia-inducing lofi jazz/boom-bap cut comprising airy horn passes, and head nodding drums with a prevalent bassline to match.

 

LoFi Chick – “Train Station”

 

LoFi Chick‘s aptly titled track “Train Station” leads audiences into the fast-paced environment of London’s tube with its relaxing guitar lick, warm strings and groovy rhythms.

 

 

illutible – “Faces In The Clouds”

 

Emerging producer illutible returns to our playlist with “Faces In The Clouds,” a mid-tempo track comprising punchy drums, and solemn strings with bright guitar licks.

 

LOKey – “Pure Fantasy”

 

“Pure Fantasy” by producer LOKey caught our attention with its ominous and suspenseful aura. The track has moody strings, and ominous piano riffs with hushed drum grooves to complete the mission.

 

 

DeTuned Café x Bazzle – “Enchanted spirits”

 

Producers DeTuned Café and Bazzle team up for “Enchanted spirits.” The track has a cinematic feel and slowly soars with its raw string section, violins and snapping drum grooves.

 

 

Homework Homies – “calm waves”

 

Homework Homies make their entrance on our playlist with “calm waves,” a laidback and soothing track that soothes the soul.

 

Drew Birch – “Slow Heat”.

 

Producer/instrumentalist Drew Birch caught our ears with “Slow Heat,” a glitchy retro soul tune with video game effects and enthralling sound design.

 

muukko – “Get Back Home”.

muukko draws on our heart strings with the solemn “Get Back Home.” From the slick piano riffs, off-kilter vocal samples and ominous strings, the track exudes raw solemnity all the way.

 

 

Trell Daniels – “On a Mission”

Trell Daniels and Lost Files are “On a Mission” in this new collaboration. The soulful elements, jazz textures and thick bass-driven grooves are well-crafted and draw listeners from start to finish.

 

LoFi Chick – “Not Enough”

LoFi Chick delivers  “Not Enough” to our earshot. The track has an overwhelmingly ominous feel and puts audiences in a suspenseful space.

 

 

Sihu – “Blankets”.

 

“Blankets” by producer Sihu is a summery piece that exudes nostalgia and sadness all at once. The guitars are bright and prevalent and the soft drum grooves ae well-crafted.

 

 

 

Gelka x Faunabeats – “Sofa Safari”

 

Producers Gelka and Faunabeats team up for “Sofa Safari,” a laidback and relaxing piece that blends soul-stirring strings, cinematic sound design and progressive arrangement to create an engulfing ambiance.
