Many thanks to Miz for catching my attention with this one. It’s not strictly underground hip hop. What it is, is Neneh Cherry (daughter of Jazz Musician, Don Cherry and sister of Eagle Eye Cherry) covering an underground hip hop anthem. She has taken on the Madvillain classic ‘Accordion’ and has definitely given it a completely new sound. This comes straight from Neneh’s forthcoming LP ‘The Cherry Thing’.
