Rapper/producer Myer Clarity showcases his versatility with his unique take on Maroon 5‘s classic record “This Love”. He goes for the jugular and flips the record with pitched-up vocals, lush guitar riffs, and punchy trap drums and dives into the dynamics of love and how it affects one if care is not taken. I really dig the way he chops up the chorus using pitch and stutter effects to raise the energy levels. Myer also raises the ante on the second verse with a rapid cadence while dropping some thoughtful bars that listeners can grow on.
