Harlem, NY-based rapper/musician JP Reynolds returns with “Ready or Not”, an aspirational tune that helps get us on the grind. Backed by a rousing drum groove, rich guitar licks and anthemic textures, JP delivers a fiery rap performance ripe with expressive cadence and uplifting lines like  “I’ve been in a cave like a big bear/ I’ve been making magic happen out of thin air/ I’ve been feeling like T’Challa with that thin beard/ I be looking up to God like how we get here“. He reminds us that he is riding until the end and not wasting time with negative energy or detractors. The track is bolstered by The PEACEANDPOWER Band who provide the energetic backdrop for JP to paint vivid pictures over.
