Nas signed a deal with Harper Collins to write his memoirs, titled“It Ain’t Hard to Tell”. Touré, contributing editor to Rolling Stone, will co-write the book.

Touré tweeted about the project late last week:

“I’ve been talking to Nas about writing his autobiography for 15 years. This is hip-hop history. We’ll tell his life and deconstruct some songs.”

The book’s release date is scheduled for Fall of 2012.
