Charlotte raised singer Andreaa caught our attention with her new single “Smokey’s Tribute” alongside it’s accompanying video. Bolstered by a solemn backdrop peppered with lush guitars, Andreaa dives deep to pour her emotions on wax to pay homage to her dad who recently passed away. The production is done by herself and Jalen “Ice” Robinson. The experience almost made her give up singing but decided the best way to honor him is by paying tribute.

The visuals directed by A Shot It has a somber, reflective mood and captures Andreaa’s emotions and feelings. He makes use of slow-moving shots and sepia tone aesthetics to drive home the soul-stirring lyrics.
