It’s rap veteran’s day as the duo of Agallah and Sadat X team up for an upcoming collaborative album. The duo shares their new single “Praise The Lords ” alongside fellow NY legend Greg Nice.

Backed by a dark, cinematic backdrop, we get to hear that good old gritty NY boom-bap sound as the duo delivers hard body rhymes that they are known for. Agallah opens the floor with lines like  “…Money and jealousy adds disaster to the recipe/you bought the jewels but I cop the weaponry/ you claim God-body, show me where your lessons be…” as he faces the opposition head-on.  Sadat X follows up with some gems like “…I couldn’t understand/why this man didn’t have a tan/ hair of wool but on the pictures he got a perm…” that reflects his childhood and growth as he got more knowledge and understanding. The track is tied up by Greg Nice’s proclamation on the hook: “N-Y put it down, no need to debate.”

The track is taken from Agallah & Sadat X’s upcoming collaborative album, The Gods Have Arrived, which drops Friday, September 25 through all digital retailers and streaming platforms.

The 11 track LP is available now for pre-order!
