Producer Mothers Favorite Child and singer Zee Dyasi lead us on a much-needed “Vacation”. Here, the singer details the power of love and how it changes people. This is the second single from his upcoming Floralia EP. Emerging rapper D-Zilla gives us something to grow on in the form of his new release “Doing My Thing (No Applause).” The track has a soul/jazz texture, with the rapper reflecting on living his life on his terms and avoiding the need for external validation.
P.S.Y.C. returns to our site with “Guardian Of Light,” which is a continuation of his recent music releases. This new entry sees the rapper teaming up with producer E. Smitty, who crafts a menacing, dark backdrop that fits the introspective theme. As usual, P.S.Y.C. steps into the booth with one goal: to encourage and motivate listeners to grow and be better. London-based Montreal-born producer Gayance delivers this club-ready jam titled “hellooooo????” to our playlist. Fusing 2-step and garage with some DnB influences, Gayance recruits fellow Montrealian rapper/singer Magi Merlin and producer funkywhat to help bring the track to life. The result is a vibrant, retro-tinged jam filled with off-the-cuff bars, a catchy hook, and a hypnotic beat that will get people moving. “Big Fat Bastard” is a playful, self-deprecating and celebratory track about body types, especially the big and bold. Madam Pulse and Maya Miko hold nothing back as they gather to celebrate body positivity in all shapes and sizes. Sac-town rapper Mr. P Chill reminds us of his status in the new single “Legend.” Backed by a cinematic, boisterous beat from producer DoomDaWiz, Mr. P Chill sets the record straight by reminding doubting Thomases with recency bias who he truly is. The new single is taken from his upcoming LP, The Return, which comes out July 10, 2026. Bilingual rapper PAZ el Pana drops this summer-tinged track DEMASIADO.” The title, “Too Much,” in Spanish, is bolstered by Shile For You‘s sublime backdrop and a commanding performance by the rapper, who fuses English and Spanish. UK singer/songwriter Ty Da Artist debuts on our playlist with “You Remind Me,” a heartfelt ballad that evokes the Timbaland-R&B era with its retro-tinged backdrop. The production is groovy and sublime, and the singer pours his heart out on wax as he confesses his love for that special someone. The final track on our list is from contemporary soul/R&B/pop artist AuriKay, who lifts us up with “Mama Said Bloom,” an anthemic motivational track that implores us to shake off the sadness and pressures of the world.
