Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry, but by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it can introduce the idea that if we try and understand each other, we may even become friends.” – Maya Angelou

For ‘Travel The Map’, which serves as the third and final single before their official album release, Imperial and K.I.N.E.T.I.K. caught a connecting flight to parts unknown to hook up with the ‘traveling man’ himself, Oddisee. Both K.I.N.E.T.I.K. and Oddisee use their respective verses to paint pictures of wanderlust with out of body lyrics about undiscovered worlds. With its jazzy refrain, Imperial’s production invites the listener to explore forgotten lands and experience the true sense of laissez faire that only traveling provides.

Whether you are an occasional backpacker or a frequent flyer, prepare to journey across the universe from wherever you are and marvel at the interconnectedness of humanity.

Imperial & K.I.N.E.T.I.K’s Adventures in Technicolour lands in music shops everywhere on April 15, 2016 via Illect Recordings.
