Producer/artist Matt Bird shares two singles from his recently completed EP entitled The Scenic Route, which sees him working with Big Pooh, Jameel Na’im X, Dot Demo, Skyzoo, and Big Kahuna OG amongst others.

“It’s Possible” is the first cut we have and it’s a laidback dreamy piece that features the talents of rappers Jameel Na’im X and Dot Demo. From the hazy soundscape, stream of consciousness flows and stylish lyrics, listeners do get something different and unique on this mellow record.

“Street Cred” is another solid joint featuring Jameel Na’im X and veteran NY emcee Skyzoo who team up for a bravado-laced effort. The production makes use of soft guitar riffs, punchy drums, and choppy samples to complete the job.
