Hard-working emcee MADic returns with an insightful single titled “Twenty Five”. The self-produced track has a mellow, solemn texture that matches MADic’s thoughtful lyrics and gritty flow. He takes ample time to reflect on life as a young black man who is not supposed to make it beyond the age of 25. Partly inspired by the Kanye West lyric “Word, Kanye, we still alive / We wasn’t ‘posed to make it past twenty five but we here”  taken from the song “We Don’t Care” , MADic shares tales of everyday struggles , regret, love and all the ups and downs. He adds that it was written when he was 27 and the it only feels right for people to hear his thoughts as he approaches 30 years of age.

MADic is a rapper, producer, and all-around creative type based in Brooklyn, NY. He has released three self-produced solo projects: his debut 12 song album Lifestyles Of The Almost Broke & Completely Underground in February 2016, a 7 song EP New Era in March 2017, and a third project, the King Of The Real EP, in June 2019.
