Emerging emcee Jay Gudda takes ample time to reflect on life amongst other things on his new record titled “Wake Up.” Over a haunting, laidback backdrop, the rapper dives within and looks at the varying dynamics of his childhood from the relationship with his father to his own self-growth.
He approaches the topic with a very frank and stern vibe as he pours all his emotions on wax. This is pretty relatable and heartfelt in many ways.
