Multi-talented Amsterdam based mc, singer, songwriter, and producer Pete Philly is back with a reflective single titled “Breathe.” The song serves as a form of liberation for the artist who is recovering from Lyme Disease and helps usher his return.

The guitar-laden piece was written with his writing partner Robin Stjernberg on a balcony in Sweden and encapsulates Philly’s mental and physical state after the 5-year harrowing experience and we get to hear his sigh of relief. He adds that the title “Having been taken away from my purpose for as long as I had, made the fact that I was useful again, a truly profound experience.”, Pete Philly says about the meaning behind “Breathe”.

”Breathe” is released with his fans through Corite, the new fan funding, marketing, and distribution platform. Now back on his feet, Pete Philly wants to carve his career together with his listeners and does this by teaming up with Corite, the new crowdfunding, and marketing platform. ”I believe building my musical path together with my fans, will give me more freedom as an artist and make it a lot more fun.”, Pete Philly says.
