Genra‘s new single “Joe Pesc” is an exploration of his creativity especially when it comes to songwriting and flows.

The track is bolstered by a mid-tempo driving breakbeat and cinematic textures that set the perfect foundation for Genra’s rapid flow and vivid off-the-cuff lyrics. Inspired by Questlove‘s book Creative Quest, Genra opts to take his writing skill up a notch and stray from his comfort zone. The result is a verbal blitzkrieg that showcases the rapper’s vibrant style with a style nod to the electrifying persona of the legendary actor Joe Pesci.
