“Something (Live @ Funk Parade)” is a 24-hour music & visual by the alternative hip-hop band Footwerk. Helmed by their lead vocalist Kyle who started working on the funky song early in the morning and grabbed his new GoPro and was on the way to Funk Parade. He then shoots the video in the span of 1 day. In the midst of Funk Parade, Kyle, inspired by his surroundings, starting shooting and ended up with a visual for the song he’d recorded earlier that morning.

Funk Parade is an unforgettable parade and music festival, celebrating Washington DC’s vibrant music, culture, and arts on U Street. The Spirit of Funk and Go-Go that brings the cities diverse community together. You can’t help pulling out your phone and capturing pics, videos and documenting via social media.
