Rapper-producer Paarleh is living up to his moniker with his brand of conscious and reflective rap music. In his latest release titled “The Craft”, the rising artist shares his thoughts on growth, self-belief and having the resilient spirit to push through the hard times. Over the self-produced haunting and cinematic soundscape, Paarleh takes us through the ups and downs of being a young black man in a creative space where nothing is promised and lines like “Time changes in the end, I need to make peace/with many things but mainly I need to stay me/I take my own road and see where the trail leads” punctuates his laser-focused mindset.

The accompanying visual is mostly performance shots and landscapes of different spots. The use of mid and close-range shots also adds depth to the visual as well.
