Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based producer Buscrates has been charting his own path as an eclectic multi-genre instrumentalist for decades now and his 80s boogie and 90s Hip-Hop fusion is what sets him apart from the rest. His latest effort “Buckin'” sees him teaming up with DJ Epik for a spectacular future funk/R&B record that would have your head bobbing. From the lush funky synths, pulsating basslines, dreamy pads and crunchy drum grooves, Buscrates deliver the goods on this one.
The visualizer is a psychedelic and eye-catching piece that makes use of futuristic and colourful animation.
“Buckin'” is taken from Buscrates newest project Control Center which is out now via Bastard Jazz Recordings. Control Center is his sophomore full-length project made up of ten funky and highly evocative tracks.
