French producer Novo Beats with the help of Müx records are next up to bat as they team up for this brilliantly crafted instrumental release titled “Future”. The aptly titled record is a potpourri of sounds and genres blended into one. From the soul-funk drum grooves, videogame-infused bell blips and neo-soul piano progressions among other subtle elements. Overall, the record has a strong nostalgic and cinematic vibe that takes listeners back to a time in the past with its retro-tinged and layered arrangement.
Novo Beats adds that the record is inspired by the west coast boom bap of the 90’s and creates the atmosphere of walking in the city and we totally agree on that.
“Future” is the third single by french producer Novo Beats in a collaboration with lofi record label Müx.
