It’s a tough job as we sift through a ton of high-quality tracks just to settle for just 5 so we switched it up so now we curating the Top 10 Submissions. KING D OVER E (King Dante Over Everything) shares his unique brand of boombap infused lo-fi styled hip-hop with the release of his track “ON & ON.” Over a smooth nostalgic backdrop, he delivers a hushed smooth flow that exudes his calm demeanor and uplifting message. GF Anon – “Ignxrant Art, Pt. II”

Camden, New Jersey emcee/producer GF Anon drops the Statik Selektah produced single “Ignxrant Art Pt. II.” Over a sparse cinematic backdrop, GF Anon breaks down his current growth process from where he was to where he wants to be. Devoid of gimmicks, he takes the listener deep into the mix of things as he details his hopes and fears all in the same breath. “Ignxrant Art, Pt. II” is the lead single from his forthcoming project ‘Canvas Of A Radiant Child’, also featuring production from [offbeatninja], Mute Won, and Sadhugold.

Emerging emcee Kritta shares his frustrations on the aptly titled single “I’m Tired.” He makes use of a solemn backdrop to paint his emotional pain and vivid imagery of the myriad of things happening in his life as a man and an artist. He implores the listener to hear him out but regardless he will keep on pushing.



ODB – “Brooklyn Zoo Freestyle” (Remix by Faro Tha Kid).


Faro Tha Kid jumps on the classic “Brooklyn Zoo” instrumental by ODB on his new release. Armed with a smooth and determined flow, he brings a refreshing vibe to the vintage beat.




Toon – “What They Think”

SA emcee Toon makes a grand entry on our top list with the videof or his single “What They Think.” Backed by a moody trap backdrop, Toon reflects on his journey thus far and how the naysayers would be surprised at the final outcome once he reaches his goals.




Exile(CA) – “Poker face”

Canadian hip-hop group Exile(CA) displays a whole lot of bravado and witty bars on their new release titled “Poker face.” An upbeat track that dwells on keeping your game face on despite the rising pressures of life.

Skuzii – “Happy Hour”

Skuzii drowns his sorrows away on the mellow hazy vibes of his new single “Happy Hour.” Although he confesses that he is not a heavy smoker but. sometimes the stress of living can get to him and he has to take time to lift up away from all the drama. Get it on all DSPs here.



Tamara Bubble – “Squeaky Wheel”

Tamara Bubble holds nothing back on her new release titled “Squeaky Wheel.” Still packing the highly animated demeanor and unfiltered boldness, Bubble demands respect and dares any disrespectful individual to try to check her.

Brian Fender x TxTHEWAY – “Running Outta Time”


Blood brothers Brian Fender and TxTHEWAY team up for this soulful and insightful track titled “Running Outta Time.” An emotional and contemplative look at urban life and all the ups and downs that come with being black in America.



Champagne Duane x TOPE – Birthdays (Prod by TOPE).

Champagne Duane drops off his first single of 2020 with an uptempo tribute to Notorious B.I.G. titled “Birthdays.” Sampling the hip hop classic “Juicy,” Champagne Duane gives praise to Biggie while celebrating his own born day over the funky instrumental provided by TOPE. Rosewood $wing – “On Me”

Rosewood $wing jumps on a smooth laidback beat to birth his new video “On Me.” The style is more of a stream of consciouness type approach and sure displays Swing’s silky and calm flow and somewhat insightful lyrics.

chrisfrmkro – “sheba”

St. Louis rapper chrisfrmkro delivers his new self-produced single “sheba.” A laidback jazz infused track that displays his melodic flow and sultry lyrics about an unknown love interest. This song comes off the heels of “we outside” which is another chrisfrmkro song he released less than two weeks ago showing that there is clearly a lot more music coming from the St. Louis artist in the near future.
