Documentalz – “India Moonlight”

NY born producer/Sound Engineer who goes by the moniker Documentalz kicks off this week’s list on a grand note. He takes us on a global journey in the visuals for his instrumental “India Moonlight.” A soothing piece that blends musical elements from India and hip-hop in an effortless manner. The visuals capture the various captivating sights in India and give us a brief glimpse into the beautiful Asian country.

Biiig Stretch x Lindsey Shreds – “Balls on Ass”

BBiiig Stretch links up with Lindsey Shreds for a fun session that birthed this new beat titled “Balls On Ass.” While the title may be cheeky, the beat itself is pretty much in its own lane. Blending live instrumentation, offbeat electronic elements and more, the listener is engulfed by the layered musical elements that make for a solid listen.

 

 

Handbook – “North”

 

Handbook returns to the field with another gem. His new release titled “North” is very reflective and heartwarming and once again showcases the producer’s prowess behind the boards. Emerging producer Noxz makes his debut on our list with this layered soulful piece titled “Euphony.” He takes a handful of elements from jazz, soul, Gospel vocal samples. and more to craft this solid beat. “Euphony” is the first of many beats/singles to expect from the producer as he plans on releasing a 10 track body of work later this year.

Behind The Beat – “Horizontal Beats”

“Horizontal Beats” is a 7-minute long instrumental mix from an emerging producer who goes by the moniker Behind The Beat.  The mix is made up of 10 individual beats he made and decided to merge all together. A self-proclaimed loop enthusiast, the producer makes short loops of various instruments over neck-snapping drums and puts them in a very unique manner. Get it on Soundcloud.

 

 

 

Jabbu x ブロックル – “nun left but the sunset”

Producers Jabbu (Philly based) and ブロックル (Japan-based) linked up for this solid beat titled “Nun left but the sunset.” A very mellow and soothing beat made up of ethereal and sublime elements over laid back drums.
