Montreal-based rapper Taigenz , screeches off to new heights in his bouncy single titled “Maserati.” As the title states, it’s all about form and function as the rapper steps out in style while attracting the baddest baddies with little to no effort. It’s far from being ridiculously materialistic but him using these luxurious elements as inspiration for a better life. The backdrop is provided by fellow Canadian Jey Blaq, who laces him with a smooth, cinematic, and vibrant beat.

“Maserati” is his first single of the year and it’s taken from his forthcoming EP Life A Life, scheduled for Spring.

Taigenz uses a smooth yet aggressive approach where he could mix witty banter, to talk about the female gaze accompanied with the luxurious life he aspires to live. Aided by fellow Canadian, Jey Blaq, who delivers the dark yet bouncy energy on the production, “Maserati”. This is the first single of the year, which will be part of the upcoming EP “Life A Life” (Spring 2022).
