Strypez is something out of the ordinary. He’s an emcee, photographer and graphic designer, amongst other things, but beyond that the type of music he makes is really outstanding. His delivery is intense and engaging, but it’s the message that really takes the cake. I don’t know how old this cat is (he looks really young) but he’s talking about some really profound stuff here – topics above his years, I dare say.

Scratch that, this cat is dope on the mic and that is all you need to know. I really dig the interaction he had with random people on the street here, very organic and adds some type of realism to the clip. This is my first introduction to his music and without an atom of a doubt, one of the dopest joints I have heard in the 2nd half of the year.

Peep his Brief Talk Mixtape HERE.
