Multi-instrumentalist Simon Jefferis drops a new record titled “Way Down Here” which is a follow up to his previous jam “Single”. The mellow record is something out the box as he fuses funk, jazz and hip-hop into a seamless groove that would have you nodding your head in no time. He further explains that the record was inspired during his frequent commute to and from work.  “…I wanted to make something that would help keep me chill while walking through London on my way home. I’d always hear lots of cool sounds while walking so I took a microphone out one evening and recorded my walk down Oxford Street which started it all really...”

The record sees him collaborating with his sax playing friend who lends his talents to enhance the track. The visuals show the duo playing all the parts and flows like a behind the scenes type stuff.
