Nas returns with some heat with his latest song called ‘The Season’ with some legendary J Dilla Donuts production.

Nas surprised fans at Killer Mike and El-P‘s Run The Jewels event in Brooklyn. He congratulated the duo on their new album and then asked the crowd if they wanted to hear his new song. Nas proceeded to play his new track ‘The Season’, produced by J Dilla. ‘The Season’ features Nas rhyming over J Dilla‘s ‘Gobbstopper’ beat from his iconic Donuts album. Nas rhymes and sings effortlessly over this track while proudly proclaiming “hands in the air, the season of Nasir”. He is clearly in a celebratory mood reminding his fans that the Rap king is still in rare form.
