I got a brief bio of  Mars The Shinobi when  I saw his age, I was a little bit sceptical as to what he would really have in his cypher. Looking through his tracks and seeing MF Doom as one of his choices in producers got me curious. This young gun goes in on the beat and I regret ever doubting him.

I’ll be very clear and say that Mars needs no hype because he is the truth already. He is a rapper I will pay money to go see, of course that is if he continues this way and doesn’t go butter on us for the mullar.  I don’t know exactly why I am surprised seeing as Cincinnati (where he hails from) has a record of producing talents in the likes of Talib Kweli and Hi-Tek. Mars might just be the next one.
