Veteran scratch Dj/producer/film composer Kid Koala drops the animated visual for his single “Jump & Shuffle (Live At The Hardware Store)” and announces his new double album, Creatures Of The Late Afternoon, due out on the 14th of April next year. The single is a nostalgia-inducing piece ripe with playful sample chops, excellent scratching and a steady drum groove to boot. The track is quite short and doesn’t reach the 2-minute mark but it’s more than enough to keep heads bopping.

The visual is just as eclectic as Kid Koala’s production and we see quite a number of musical elements flying around in a chaotic, Phantasia-type manner culminating in a finger hitting the black key on the piano.
