Eon MC Etc is an emcee who started in the local choir before finding himself engrossed in hip-hop. He slowly built his craft writing raps as a teenager. In due time around 2007, he founded the Los Angeles-based international record label, United Statements where he released his debut project and has;t looked back since. His latest efforts are two joints that showcase his diversity and relatable rap styles.

The first cut “No Place Like Home” sees him working with his longtime collaborator Adduci alongside Bamboo MC and Learic.  Over a somber and somewhat brooding backdrop, the emcees share their experiences as artists and what makes their hometown tick.

“Bored to Death” is a punchy lyric dense posse cut that reunites Eon with Adduci, Bamboo MC, and Learic over a hard-hitting boom-bap beat. we get a plethora of styles and insightful lyrics laced with bravado as they all question how hip-hop has been watered down in this day and age. It;’s far from complaining but rather an honest look at the situation but regardless these talented emcees are ready to deliver their quota of dopeness for true listeners and fans of the art.
