Sheisty Khrist delivers the second visual off Cold Winter for Havana Nights, and it’s done in the most paradoxically dope way possible.

Paradoxical that is if you only assume that Cold Winter is about temperature.  Sheisty Khrist has said Cold Winter was about the temperature of humankind’s heart, and in Havana Nights we see coolness in the most suffocatingly humid way possible.  First off, the use of color is amazing.  The red backdrop on the opening silhouette visually creates a sense of heat as it intersperses with blues in several scenes that only seem to draw attention to the heat of the night.  You see condensation inside of Sheisty’s glasses, you see sweat off the preacher’s neck; everything is miserably hot.  Havana Nights sets up this whole visual atmosphere that is running alongside the storyline in a really masterfully balanced way.  I’ll save the spoilers, you’ll have to check it out for yourself to get the storyline!  It almost feels like the prelude to Cold Winter possibly…hmmm.  Cold Winter is still is in heavy rotation for me personally, and I’m eager to see more visuals released in the near future.  We’ll keep you posted until then.
