As Rochester, NY’s own Young Sleep prepares to drop his forthcoming album, he shares the visuals for the single “Wes Craven” featuring Philly’s Dark Lo, on the verbal assist. Backed by the grimy and sinister backdrop provided by Rome on the beat, both emcees deliver a blend of thoughtful and bravado-driven bars that would make you think and entertained all at once.
The visual is directed by Trav Behind Da Cam who helps put the emcees in the forefront. From the slow cut scenes, performance cuts, and smooth transitions, the visuals really stand out and keep viewers locked in from start to finish.
“Wes Craven” is taken from his forthcoming project Sleep City 3, which is set to drop next year. The song will also appear on a forthcoming compilation put together by ID Rich of East Coast Connect.
