Genre-bending rapper Voice Monet delivers a gripping single titled “Vicissitude” which sees her sharing her method of overcoming adversity. Backed by P.U.D.G.E.’s punchy and somewhat cinematic production, Monet eloquently details her struggles and then some with her off-beat and impassioned cadence and of course vivid lyrical stylings. As usual, she strays from the norm by making use of the house-infused backdrop while tickling our senses with insightful and honest lyrical imagery.
