Emerging rapper/songwriter Tymain Robbins caught our ears with his newest single “Being Black Is Scary”. The reflective tune digs deep into racial politics, the turbulent history of blacks in the united states, white supremacy and economical disenfranchisement in the black community. The track starts with a news report of the recent mass shooting in Buffalo, NY and sees the rapper exploring the modern-day racism stemming from the past and how it affects people of colour in all forms.
