We are still dedicated to showcasing the best tracks/videos from the underground by searching far and wide in order to bring you our weekly list. It’s a tough job as we sift through a ton of high quality tracks just to settle for just 5. Now that is what we call dedication, so sit back relax and get familiar with these acts.
Remember, don’t forget to support them by sharing their works.

Artson – Home

As Artson joins the billed performance on the VANS WARPED TOUR  he shares with us his latest visual for the song “Home”. The record features Wake Self, Def-i and Victor Jimenez is a harrowing look at the pain many deal with due to depression and suicidal thoughts. The emcees also take it a step further by providing a lining of hope and the courage to pick oneself up.  Artson further adds “...We all have a journey and that road leads us back Home. Walk strong and make the best of your time here.”

Ashtin Larold – I Wonder

NJ based rapper Ashtin Larold delivers a poignant record that deals with overcoming obstacles and fighting one’s demons within. Hit the play button and get familiar.

Dee Wallz – Nickels For My Thoughts

Back with another release Dee Wallz comes with deep, introspective, and expressive lyrics over a soulful moody backdrop.

Franke – PLAY NICE.

Brooklyn, New York-based writer/composer Franke comes back at fake friends on his new record titled “Play Nice”. Over a brooding piano-driven backdrop, Franke brushes off people who claim they will be there for him but act otherwise.

Goldzilla – Toyollah.

The second single from Goldzilla‘s debut album “Immaculate Misconception”, produced by Eddie Logix. The Matt McFerrin directed visual is pretty quirky and very vivid. From found VHS footage from a future generation comes a video that blends your favorite sitcoms, philosophers, and religious texts. “Toyollah” will make you question your own existence and then you will rediscover it through vivid rhymes and ethereal linguistics. Over Eddie Logix’s ambient boom bap Goldzilla stakes his claim as one of Detroit’s elite emcees.
