Farazi x Sinan Öktem – “Depends 2.1.”

 

“Depends 2.1” is a cinematic instrumental single by Instanbul based Turkish producers Farazi and Sinan Öktem (producer & multi live-instrument player). The record is a solid blend of hip-hop, live instrumentation and a whole lot of cinematic textures. The track serves as the premier single from the duo’s upcoming collaborative project. The producers worked before on a song titled “SPACE19” a few months ago with Turkish rapper Ceronimo.

Producer IK-EY  makes a grand entry on the list this weekend with a bombastic piece titled “Stinky”. The heavy-hitting track is a blend of electronic elements, hip-hop and street dance elements.  Hit the play button and get familiar.

Goosetaf -” Sunset Flight”

Goosetaf makes us chill out with his soothing new beat titled “Sunset Flight”. Backed by a smooth texture and groovy laid-back beats, he takes us through the day on a relaxing journey. Get it on all DSPs  here.

 

 

 

 

Coldbrew – “Simple”

Coldbrew returns on a more reflective note with his new track titled “Simple”. He crafts this with lush, solemn keys and head-nodding drums to match. The chorus does come alive with a soulful vocal sampled hook. Solid all the way.

Joshua Zook – “Fatfoot”

Germany based producer who goes by Joshua Zook changes up the mood with his off-kilter instrumental titled “Fatfoot”. So many dynamics is ushered in here, smooth jazz elements are meshed with some lo-fi vibes. Interesting from start to end. “Fatfoot” is the first single from his upcoming EP.

 

 

Nu Vintage – “Skipping School”

Nu Vintage returns to our list with another solid piece titled “Skipping School”. The track has a smooth summery vibe and its pretty retrospective too. The producer adds that he was inspired by Nickelodeon’s reruns. Nu Vintage is not green to TWIB and he once again brings a solid vibe on the single. Get it on Spotify.

 

Leo Perna – “Gnocchi”

 

Producer Leo Perna makes his debut on our list with “Gnocchi”, a mellow retrospective piece that showcases the producer’s versatility behind the boards. Blending lush solemn keys, mellow pads, horns and ethereal vocal samples, “Gnocchi” exudes very gripping energy and it’s quite soothing too.
