Mills – Ice Lake.
https://open.spotify.com/track/70hO5iIb28njAhzOsfa2tF

“ice Lake” is Mills debut single and it immediately caught our attention for its smooth blend of jazz, electronic and hip-hop vibes. Nothing sounds out of place here as the smooth keys go hand in hand with the horns and snappy drums.

A multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer, and arranger; Mills is a musician in every sense of the word.
Growing up in west London’s Ladbroke Grove, he became accustomed to playing the steel pans in the chaotic, absorbing environment of Notting Hill Carnival from a young age.
His music brings together all of these experiences and many more, for a sound that is centered around Hip Hop, though also draws on influences from the powerful emotion of Jazz and Soul, as well as the vibrance of Electronic and Grime. Check him on Spotify, Facebook, and  Instagram

DefByMisadventure – Sting.

“Sting” is an experimental styled instrumental by producer/M.D DefByMisadventure who is a staple on TWIB. The drums have a throwback feel and remind me of Kraftwerk. Its pretty far from the norm if you asked us.

DefByMisadventure – Someone else(Tom Jones is black).

DefByMisadventure once again delivers another experimental beat titled “Someone else(Tom Jones is black)”. The beat has a fast paced feel and is peppered with vocal samples from the one and only Tom Jones. it is weirdly entertaining.

Nowhere – Evry.

Havana, Cuba based producer Nowhere blends a smooth mix of jazz and lo-fi vibe son his new beat titled “Evry”. The laid back joint is soothing and very reflective from start to finish. The song as the producer says is all about trippin’ back through time to those greenish and yellowish and old pink memories that bounce in state of primordial chaos linked to every living soul that has crossed your path. Check him out on Spotify and iTunes.
