This is actually the first time I heard any material from both Tim James and Rayne Myers, and I must confess that they got me listening to the end of the track, even slouching in my couch just to get a good feel of ‘Summertime Vibes’. I love this song. No lie!!!  It is a summer time vibe, the kind you want to ride slow to with your drop top down and not even trying to get anybody’s attention. It is just a feel good soulful song and it has won my heart. Tim James didn’t try to go on that cypher on this track which worked well for it, and Rayne Myers has that voice that got me thinking of L Boogie also known as Lauryn Hill; she has a deceptive look also which makes you think she can’t rap till she opens her mouth to stun you. The duo met through a mutual friend and they are working on a EP set to hit the earth on the 27th of August. Y’all watch out for that one now. The video isn’t a grand one but just an ordinary pictorial to give you a glimpse of the summer time they are talking about. I still reiterate that I love the song.
