As Camp Lo celebrate the 20th anniversary of their Uptown Saturday Night LP, wordisbond editor and producer Teck-Zilla decided to commemorate the illustrious dynamic duo, Geechi Suede and Sonny Cheeba for the milestone achieved with a remix of the standout track on the album, Sparkle. If you heard the original LP version, then you would know that Mr Projekt Cancer left elements from the original (particularly the jazz) before sprinkling his revamped kicks and snares to give the track a different life in its entirety. Teck-Zilla is competent and a master in his art which is why there was no second guessing that it would be a marvellous material. I guess the calls from America will start rolling in now.
