Johannesburg, South Africa rapper SiyaMetane (f/k/a silkour) makes his entry on TWIB with an uplifting and soulful single titled “Fulfill.” He is a founding member of the legendary award-winning seven-man South African group Skwatta Kamp that debuted in 1996.  As a solo act, he has 3 projects under his belt and has worked with organizations like SAB Miller during their Global Fresh Collective campaign (GFC).

On his new single “Fulfill,” he delivers a hopeful message for us all over a smooth, soulful backdrop. Armed with his laidback, confident flow, and evocative lyrics, SiyaMetane tackles issues such as unemployment, depression, and the numerous effects of this covid-19 pandemic. He implores us to keep the faith and just prepare for a better tomorrow as opposed to crying over spilled milk.

The track speaks to the gratitude for life and the small things that can make us happy.
