Veteran South African rapper/producer Power Of Thought drops his new single “Our Last Jam”  which sees him with the late vocalist Bradley Bogus Holbrook. The two played together in a band in their younger days before Bradley emigrated to the UK but their lives crossed paths in an unfortunate circumstance after Power Of Thought got the news of Bradley’s demise. Dealing with the grief in his own way, he went through Bradley’s youtube page and found a short clip of a live performance of a song that stuck with him. He then decided to repurpose the short song into a full-length record and thus, “Our Last Jam”  was born.

The record has a nice blend of country/blues underpinned by hip-hop drum grooves and cemented by Bradley’s solemn and emotionally gripping vocals on the chorus. Power Of Thought ties it up with heartfelt verses that pay tribute to his friend and raises a toast to their last jam until they meet again in the ever-after.
