German-American neo-soul artist Ninja Kidsoul breaks his hiatus as he drops his new single “Gap Shit”. The soulful and reflective track was produced by his longtime collaborator/producer Agajon who laces him with a smooth vocal sampled soundscape to paint vivid pictures over. Ninja Kidsoul wastes no time and gives us a glimpse into his life and all he has been up to and on the chorus section he switches to a soothing melodic style that showcases his versatility on all fronts.

Born in south Germany’s Schweinfurt to an US-American father and a German mother, it’s this dual heritage which sets his music apart from so many of his contemporaries. Described as ‘one of the pioneers of the New German Soul’ by ARTE Tracks, his progressive leaning and global looking music has turned heads off the back of his COLORS session and performance at Montreux Jazz Festival in 2022.

Ninja Kidsoul will be joining Agajon and friends along with Jay Prince, Ivan Ave and J Warner for a special night of live music at Bush Hall, 18th May ‘23 – tickets here.
