Cleveland, TN, raised Nate Rose follows up his debut album Pie at the Party, with a new single  “LEVEL UP (Survivor’s Guilt)”. The upbeat track is made up of moody ominous synths and pounding 808 drums that set the tone for Nate’s introspective and bravado-laden bars. The first verse sees him feeling regret about the death of his uncle and cousin and how the tragedy left a hole in his family and in the second verse he reflects on his journey and the many hurdles he had to overcome within and externally. Lines like “They say money corrupts everything, I wanna see if it’s TRUE/ So I had to get a bunch of it to see what it can DO/I recall started hustling way back when I was in SCHOOL, found my passion early on but all my peers were privy” give listeners a quick glimpse into his unfiltered thoughts and something to ponder on.
